Terms of Service for `Duplicates`

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Duplicates, an add-on developed by theOrganizedDev (“Developer”). By using the add-on, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the add-on.

1. Use of the Add-on: Duplicates is designed to help users identify and manage duplicate data within Google Sheets. The add-on operates within the Google Sheets environment and is subject to the terms and conditions set by Google. You are solely responsible for your use of the add-on and any consequences that arise from such use.

2. User Responsibilities: You agree to use Duplicates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of Google Workspace. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data processed or modified by the add-on.

3. Data Privacy: Duplicates does not collect, store, or transmit any user data or personal information. The add-on operates entirely within the user’s Google Sheets environment and does not have access to any external servers or databases.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty: Duplicates is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. The Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of the add-on for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that the use of the add-on is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Duplicates. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

6. Intellectual Property: Duplicates and all associated trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights are the property of the Developer. You agree not to modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the add-on without the express permission of the Developer.

7. Modification or Termination: The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue Duplicates at any time without prior notice. The Developer may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
